Chris "Grizz" Grizzle is a distinguished veteran with 28 years of dedicated service in the United States Air Force. His military career commenced in 1991, where he served as a Security Force Military Working Dog Handler. Although Chris had an interest in shooting prior to his enlistment, it was during his tenure as a Military Police Officer and K-9 Handler that his passion for the sport truly flourished.

Throughout his illustrious career, Chris had the privilege of collaborating with esteemed agencies such as the FBI and the Secret Service. These experiences allowed him to handle a diverse array of weapons and refine his shooting skills to an exceptional level. His commitment to the sport of shooting only intensified over the years, driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence.

Upon retiring from the Air Force in 2019, Chris embarked on a new chapter in his life by becoming an NRA Certified Instructor in 2020. This certification marked the beginning of his journey as a professional shooting instructor. He further enhanced his credentials by obtaining certifications as a Range Safety Officer and a USCCA Instructor. Currently, Chris is in the process of becoming a US Law Shield Instructor, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
